"Nanni" is a red wine from Bordeaux blend of the Colli Berici in the province of Vicenza, produced with methods that are absolutely respectful of the environment and using indigenous yeasts. Pleasant and warm, it presents aromas of ripe berries and jam, with clear notes of blackberry and raspberry, along with the characteristic scent of pepper and enveloping toasted notes of leather, tobacco, and coffee. The velvety tannins are accompanied by great freshness for a full-bodied and dry wine. Craft wine, made like in the old days

An excellent example of natural elegance.simplicity of manipulation, as well as being particularly suited for the type of manual harvest that takes place in this case. The grapes used are Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in equal parts and are macerated for 10-15 days. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, with the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts that are not selected. After decantation in refined steel tanks, it is bottled without undergoing any type of filtration. Typically, no sulfur is added.an intensity of singular pleasantness.
