Belcolle's Langhe Nebbiolo is the result of careful vinification, with soft pressing and low-extraction fermentation to produce a fresh and fruity Nebbiolo. The nose reveals fresh violets, raspberries and red plums, while the palate is clean and dry, with moderate tannins and a pleasantly fruity finish. Ideal with pasta served with rich sauces, such as beef ragù
