The Nebbiolo by Elio Altare is a typical and delicate expression of the noblest grape of Langa. Strong from a brief passage in used barriques, it stands out already at the first olfaction for its hints of fresh flowers, rose petals, violets, and raspberries, with mineral and graphite textures reinforcing its profile. On the palate it is agile, clean, and fresh, with a barely noticeable tannin and a savory and dry finish
