The Nebbiolo Superiore Prünent 'Diecibrente' Cantine Garrone is a red wine based on Prünent, a biotype of the native Nebbiolo from the Val d'Ossola. After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, it ages for 15 months in wooden barrels, acquiring slight spicy notes that accompany the aromas of red fruit, wormwood, and citrus. On the palate, it is full and round, supported by a long and persistent finish with good acidity. An ideal wine to pair with important first courses, red meats, or a platter of aged cheeses.
