Can Vallès’ ‘Sauvigneron’ Sauvignon is a white wine from the Penedès, a prestigious wine-growing region in Catalonia. A well-rounded wine which, thanks to ageing on the fine lees, results in a refined, dry and highly aromatic wine. The nose reveals fresh notes of tropical fruit, citrus and floral hints, with a herbaceous touch typical of the grape variety. On the palate, the attack is lively, with a silky texture but distinct savoury notes. It pairs well with seafood and fish dishes; try it with a clam risotto
