The Pernand Vergelesses 1er cru “En Caradeux” from Domaine Pavelot is a Chardonnay from a ‘climat’ in Burgundy, a specific area of particular value. The area of ‘En Caradeux’ is a steep white soil, ideal for producing whites of great finesse. On the nose, fragrant floral and lemon aromas are perceived, the typical hints of butter accompany pleasant herbal sensations. On the palate, it enchants with minerality and roundness, in addition to the pleasant freshness and savoriness balancing the typical fattiness of a Burgundy white
