Daniele Portinari's 'Pietrorosso' is a fresh, ready-to-drink artisanal red. International and local grapes are combined in short maceration and fast ageing in stainless steel to bring out the fresh characteristics of the fruit. The result is crisp and juicy, with hints of red fruits combined with floral reminiscences. On the palate it is silky and flowing, the profile of an ideal wine to open the dances at the table, with salami and cheese
