Pignoletto Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a semi-sparkling wine produced according to the ancestral method of the Orsi Vigneto San Vito winery, in the hills of Bologna. With an intense amber yellow color, it is slightly opaque from the sedimentation of yeasts. It’s a label with a slightly pungent and crunchy character and aromas of citrus and baked goods. It matches perfectly, thanks to its fresh personality to cured meats such as mortadella and ham.
