Pinot Noir of the Buvoli winery is a decisive red wine with character produced in the Veneto region. The grapes of the same name are harvested by hand and carefully selected before being pressed. The vinification process ends with 12 months' refinement in barriques and 20 months' rest in bottles. The ruby red colour with violet reflections dresses the glass with a velvety mantle while intense aromas of ripe red berry fruit and hints of toasted and vanilla are released. The taste is warm, velvety, soft, with ripe tannins and a very long finish

The Pinot Nero produced by Opificio del Pinot Nero is a label with a classic, elegant, and refined profile, born in a small French enclave of Veneto. Marco Buvoli decided to indulge his great passion for the famous Burgundy grape variety, with a bottle made according to the best transalpine traditions. The excellent quality of the grapes and a particularly careful winemaking and aging process give a red wine characterized by great varietal fidelity, capable of offering a pleasantly fruity sip, enriched by interesting notes of tertiary evolution that enhance its tasting complexity.

The Pinot Nero wine is born in the Gambugliano area, where Marco Buvoli created Opificio del Pinot Nero, a production reality dedicated to enhancing the characteristics of the French grape variety, with a range of Metodo Classico sparkling wines and still red wines clearly inspired by Burgundy. The grapes come from the estate's vineyards, cultivated in the hilly area north of Vicenza and Padua. The harvest is carried out manually, with grape picking at reaching full phenolic maturity. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature, with some whole bunches and a maceration period on the skins, which can vary depending on the vintage from 10 to 20 days. The wine matures for about a year in French oak barriques, mostly used, and completes the aging period in the bottle.

The red Pinot Nero is made in Veneto by Opificio del Pinot Nero of Marco Buvoli. It is a true homage from the producer to the history and traditions of Burgundy. From the choice in the vineyard of the best French clones to the selection of the barriques used for aging, it is a label that speaks only of France. In the glass, it presents a ruby red color with bright reflections. The bouquet is elegant and fine, with aromas of red currant, raspberry, hints of underbrush, and delicate spices. The sip is harmonious, with a velvety tannic texture and a rich and expressive fruit that leads to a finish of good persistence and freshness.
