The Pouilly Fuissé “Les Courtelongs” by Saumaize originates from pure Chardonnay grapes, cultivated in plots characterized by a subsoil rich in gravel, silt, and clay. The vineyard is treated with the utmost respect, without using synthetic chemical products and minimizing the passage of tractors and mechanical means, oxygenating the land with light plowing. The must ferments in barriques, 20% new, and every phase of the winemaking process is followed with the utmost care for the
details.
