"Les Quarts" by Domaine la Soufrandiere is a lively and pulsating Burgundy Chardonnay. Cultivated on soft soil of Jurassic origin, the grapes, once harvested by hand, are fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for a period of 17 months in steel tanks and wooden barrels. Label with great prospects of aging, expresses a version of the vine, dense, balanced and deep. The glass lights up with buttery hints, notes of mtura fruit and citrus and floral hints.
