The Primitivo ‘Electric Bee’ from Produttori di Manduria is a young and straightforward red from Salento, a fresh, light, and unconventional expression of the grape variety. The grapes are harvested early to recover grapes with lower sugar concentration and great freshness and drinkability. The aromatic profile recalls wild strawberries and blackberries with rocky nuances, with slight hints of tobacco on the finish. The sip is meaty, moderately fresh, and very round. It pairs well with grilled Puglian bombette
