Produced by the Trerè Farm, founded in the early 1960s by Valeriano Trerè and now skillfully led by his daughter Morena, Re Bianco embodies the harmonious union between the sophisticated aromaticity of Sauvignon Blanc and the refined creaminess of Chardonnay. The Re Bianco of the Trerè farm is located on a 35-hectare vineyard, a true treasure trove of biodiversity cultivated with a spurred cordon training system. After a careful selection of the grapes, they undergo a delicate cryomaceration process to preserve their subtle aromas before being gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks. This wine matures for 2 months in steel and then another two months in the bottle, a process aimed solely at enhancing the essence of the grapes and the territory from which they come, giving Re Bianco a fascinating and unmistakable character.
