The red wine 'El Goru 18 M' from the Spanish winery Ego Bodegas is a deep and enveloping wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Monastrell, a grape variety prince of the Jumilla D.O.. From the long aging in wood it acquires an intense and complex aromatic bouquet, in which the classic notes of berries and cherries are accompanied by soft spicy nuances among which vanilla and cinnamon stand out. The warm, soft sip, supported by well-presented tannins and a long, lingering finish, makes it the perfect wine to pair with red meat and game!
