The bottle-fermented "Revoluscion" from Tenuta Ca' Sciampagne is a sparkling, fragrant, and lively wine, born in the heart of the Marche region and produced with the indigenous white grape variety Bianchello. It is a wine that blends two winemaking styles that have gained popularity among enthusiasts in recent years. It is, in fact, a sur lies sparkling wine, bottle-fermented, but made using the skin maceration technique. The final result is an Ancestral Method that combines remarkable richness and aromatic density with a pleasant and lively citrus freshness. A bottle dedicated to those who prefer so-called natural wines, which focus on a pleasant and genuine expressive immediacy.
“Revoluscion” bottle-fermented is produced by Tenuta Ca' Sciampagne, a reality located in the territory of the Natural Park of the Monti delle Cesane, near Urbino. The estate manages 3 hectares of old vines and 6 hectares of new vineyards, all cultivated with the typical grape varieties of the area: Bianchello, Sangiovese Albana, Aleatico, Alicante,Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. In the countryside, the principles of organic farming are followed, without resorting to chemical substances. The Bianchello vines are located at an altitude of 380 meters above sea level, with a sunny exposure facing south. The calcareous-clay soil and the cool, always ventilated climate create a perfect habitat for viticulture. The harvest is done manually, and after destemming, the grapes ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with a skin maceration of a couple of weeks. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method, with the addition of fresh must for the sparkling process.
