The Ribolla Gialla "Caterina" Tenuta Sant'Helena di Fantinel is a carefree and generous Friulian white wine, perfect for an aperitif or paired with seafood dishes, expressing a fine and elegant sensory profile and a fresh and lively sip. It releases a typical bouquet on the nose that scents of citrus, aromatic herbs, and apple pulp, framed by sensations of mixed flowers and fresh almonds.

The Ribolla Gialla Tenuta Sant’Helena from the Friulian winery Fantinel is an expressive and carefree white wine, which encapsulates the territorial expressiveness of one of the most characteristic indigenous grape varieties of Friuli. With a generous substance, it expresses immediacy and richness of taste that make it the perfect glass to accompany an informal aperitif, a fish-based appetizer, or simply on its own, to fully enjoy its intriguing aromaticity.

The Ribolla Gialla from Fantinel comes from the Tenuta Sant’Helena, located in Dolegna del Collio and just a few steps from the border with Slovenia. Here, the microclimate favors viticulture, especially thanks to the protection of the Julian Alps massif, which shields the Collio Goriziano area from cold winds coming from the north, thus managing to maintain a mild climate favored by winds from the Adriatic. The vineyards of Tenuta Sant’Helena rest on fertile and structured soils, based on Eocene sandstone marls locally known as “Ponca.” This Ribolla in the specifically undergoes a cold prefermentative maceration (aimed at a rich aromatic extraction) and then carries out the alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks.

The Ribolla Gialla Fantinel from Tenuta Sant’Helena presents itself in the glasses with a bright straw-yellow, crystalline and shiny appearance and expresses varietal and territorial aromas that faithfully narrate its intense Friulian identity: citrus notes and apple pulp chase sensations of aromatic herbs, mixed flowers, and fresh almonds, culminating in a relaxed and informal sip, delicate and refreshing that easily adapts to any occasion.
