Ribolla Gialla by Dario Princic is a white wine macerated on the skins for 35 days and it is aged 30 months in oak casks. Beautiful interpretation of this autochthonous vineyard: mineral, savoury and fruit jams, from light hydrocarbon and vegetable sources.
