The Ribolla Gialla from Le Vigne di Zamò is a distinctly territorial white wine, aged on fine lees for about 8 months. It presents an intense straw yellow color, accompanied by a fruity bouquet of pears, green apple, aromatic herbs, and citrus nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with good structure and pleasant acidic persistence.
