The Ribolla Gialla "Selection" by Paraschos is a white wine from Collio Friulano that is fermented in amphora with a two-day maceration, aged in tanks and wooden barrels, and bottled without sulfur and without filtration. It is an artisanal and genuine expression, with an aromatic profile of sweet spices, honey, and underbrush, and a full-bodied and intense taste, marked by freshness, minerality, and savoriness.
