The Rioja 'Blanco' Binario is a fresh and fragrant white wine made from 100% Tempranillo Blanco in Rioja, cultivated with attention to sustainability and following organic practices. With a smooth and refreshing sip, the nose highlights notes of tropical fruit, lemon zest, and white flowers, while on the palate it impresses with a pronounced acidity that accompanies the sip into a long finish, quenching and inviting to fill another glass. Perfect for any meal, accompanying family dinners and lunches based on fish!

The Rioja Blanco ‘Binario’ from the wine reality of Andrés Sisters is configured as a refreshing and dynamic white wine that can boast organic certification. This label is made from pure Tempranillo Blanco grapes, a white grape variety born from the genetic mutation of the most famous red Tempranillo, similar to what happened with other renowned grape varieties like Pinot Bianco and Grenache Blanc. Discovered in Rioja in 1988, Tempranillo Blanco was recognized among the grape varieties allowed in the DOCa Rioja regulations starting from 2007. In general, the wines it produces are characterized by good body and pronounced acidity, as well as pleasant descriptors of citrus, tropical fruit, and white flowers.

‘Binario’ Rioja Blanco from Andrés Sisters comes from only Tempranillo Blanco grapes grown under certified organic conditions. Following the harvest, the bunches are vinified in white through direct soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, in such a way as to preserve intact all the aromas and the intrinsic character of the variety. After several months of aging always in steel, the wine is finally bottled and marketed.

The Rioja from Andrés Sisters ‘Binario’ Blanco has a light straw yellow color. The aromatic bouquet offers graceful sensations of tropical fruit and lemon zest that meet delicate herbaceous and floral hints. Fresh and drinkable taste development thanks to good acidity, with a savory and citrus finish that invites further tastings. Thanks to these tasting characteristics, the Blanco ‘Binario’ can easily be enjoyed as a refreshing aperitif or at the table alongside not overly flavorful land or sea appetizers.
