The Roero Arneis Bajaj is a fresh and mineral white wine from Piedmont, a sincere expression of Roero and its most important white grape variety, Arneis. On the nose, it opens with an intense bouquet of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit, while on the palate it is soft, intense, and characterized by a good acidity that refreshes the sip and invites you to take another. Excellent paired with white meats, fish, or vegetarian first courses.
