The Rosé "Fiero" from Cantina Margò is an atypical Sangiovese, a classic approach from this winery that seeks to distance itself from trends. Minimal intervention, not excessive macerations to enhance the grape variety, territory, and the specifics of the vintage. Hints of red fruits and citrus are noticeable, along with balsamic notes on the finish that enhance the fresh sensations during drinking. Fine, slightly tannic, and very easy to drink, definitely a Rosé of great pleasure but, at the same time, elegant and deep.
