‘Ropié’ is the rosé from Monte dei Ragni, an iconic artisanal winery in Valpolicella. Only spontaneous fermentation in steel to preserve the character of the indigenous grapes Molinara and Corvina, also protagonists of the great reds of the area. On the nose, hints of currant and crunchy cherry are perceived with slight hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is very savory, fresh, and pleasantly rustic, with a dynamic and crunchy sip. Ideal with meat sauce pasta dishes
