Sparkling rosé on yeasts "Eos" from the Piedmontese winery La Chimera is a lively and fun bubble, perfect for a light-hearted aperitif with friends. It is made from grapes harvested at 750 metres above sea level and re-fermented in the bottle using the ancestral method. The colour is a bright pink with copper highlights and the bouquet is decisive, reminiscent of small red fruits and floral sensations. The taste is fresh, savoury, mineral and alive!
