Val delle Corti’s ‘Scuro’ Rosé is a deep, juicy rosé wine. It is made predominantly from Sangiovese grapes grown in Radda in Chianti, one of Tuscany’s finest wine-growing areas. During vinification, it remains in contact with the skins for seven days, then ferments outdoors throughout the winter with a portion of Chianti Classico must that has been previously bled. Its intense pink colour is reminiscent of black cherry juice. The nose reveals aromas of cherry, floral nuances and light spicy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh and smooth, with delicate tannins. Excellent paired with a traditional Tuscan ribollita
