Val delle Corti’s ‘Scuro’ Rosé is a deep, juicy rosé wine. It is made predominantly from Sangiovese grapes grown in Radda in Chianti, one of Tuscany’s finest wine-growing areas. During vinification, it remains in contact with the skins for seven days, then ferments outdoors throughout the winter with a portion of Chianti Classico must that has been previously bled.
