The Saint-Romain Blanc by Nicolas Potel is a white of great elegance, produced in a ‘village’ famous for the finesse of its Chardonnays. It traditionally ages in small barrels that have been used many times, thus practically neutral. It is mature and harmonious, with a complex bouquet of acacia flowers, peach, and toasted hazelnut. The sip is velvety, savory, and persistent, with a pleasant harmony between freshness and softness. Ideal for pairing with white meats and blue cheeses, try it with herb-roasted chicken.
