"Bonnode - Ovoide" from the Domaine la Soufrandiere winery is a Chardonnay from Mâconnais with a graceful and balanced profile. After a manual harvest of the grapes, fermentation occurs thanks to indigenous yeasts in concrete eggs, followed by a few months of aging in steel tanks. The sip is lively, characteristic and vibrant, supported by fresh fruity hints, floral notes and aromas of dried fruit.
