Saint Veran 'Combe des Roches' Domaine la Soufrandiere 2023

"Combe des Roches" from Domaine la Soufrandiere is a Chardonnay from vines that grow on soils rich in marl and clay. The grapes are hand-harvested, undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging that mainly occurs in steel and partly in wood. Complex is one of the best terms to describe it, along with well-structured and rich in fragrant aromas, such as peach and notes of toasted nuts.
