Tatamà's Salento Bianco 'Chianca' is a fresh and immediate wine, an expression of Apulian tradition. Produced from Verdeca and Bianco d'Alessano grapes, excellent native Apulian wines, it maintains the typical freshness of the region's whites. The straw yellow colour with greenish reflections anticipates a delicate aromatic profile, with hints of green apple and fruity notes. The palate is fresh and soft, a perfect sip with fish entrées
