Sauvignon Blanc Ebner 2024

The Sauvignon Blanc from Ebner is a white wine made from an international grape variety that has been present in the southern part of the Isarco Valley since the late 19th century. Throughout this time, it has managed to adapt to poor soils that allow for elegant results with a fresh and savory character, thanks to the gravelly and clay-rich lands. In the vineyard, the Ebner winery practices leaf removal and manual thinning to obtain more concentrated grapes for sugars and aromas. On the nose, typical mountain white flowers from South Tyrol and white-fleshed fruit are recognized, with a slight vanilla finish. On the palate, the freshness is sharp, combined with a savory note typical of these altitudes. Recommended to pair with vegetarian appetizers and canederli in broth.
