The Sauvignon "Borgo Tesis" from the famous Friulian winery Fantinel is the result of high-quality grapes, which are gently pressed. The free-run must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine matures for several months in steel. It presents a light straw yellow color, with slight greenish reflections. On the nose, it releases a bouquet of intense aromas, with notes of green pepper, tomato leaf, herbal notes, floral hints, citrus aromas, ripe fruit, and hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, it has a pleasant aromaticity, opening up to a rich, soft, and generous fruit. The finish has good taste persistence, with a refreshing closure. It is a label of pleasant and easy drinking, which presents the best characteristics of young Sauvignon, in its most immediate expression.
