The Sauvignon "Borgo Tesis" wine from the famous Friulian winery Fantinel is the result of quality grapes, which are gently pressed. The free-run must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Before bottling, the wine matures for several months in steel. It presents itself with a light straw yellow color, with slight greenish reflections. On the nose, it releases a bouquet of intense aromas, with notes of green pepper, tomato leaf, herbal notes, floral nuances, citrus aromas, ripe fruit, and hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, it has a pleasant aromaticity, opening up to a rich, soft, and generous fruit. The finish has good taste persistence, with a refreshing closure. It is a label of pleasant and easy drinkability, showcasing the
best characteristics of young Sauvignon, in its most immediate expression.
