The Sauvignon from Pompiere di Schiopetto is a fresh, soft, and pleasantly aromatic white wine from Collio that faithfully reflects the green and varietal characteristics of the grape. On the nose, it releases fresh and fragrant aromas, characterized by notes of juicy citrus, tropical nuances, floral hints, and a typical note of tomato leaf. The sip is pleasant, smooth, and very enveloping, with elegant and long persistence on vegetal notes.
