Simply Red Wine from Cascina degli Ulivi is a wine meant to be enjoyed young and that refers to the tradition, so dear to the histrionic Stefano Bellotti. On the nose, there are hints of ripe fruit on a bed of flowers with a slight peppery note. On the palate, it is soft, consistent, juicy and characterful.
