The Sherry Pedro Ximenez 20 Years by Bodegas Tradicion embodies the excellence and tradition of the Bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera. Made with Pedro Ximenez grapes, traditionally dried in the sun on sheets spread close to the vine rows, this is a sweet wine of class and great finesse. On the nose, dried fruit joins sweet hints reminiscent of honey, then licorice and intriguing hints of iodine. Rich intense and powerful, the sip is velvety and typically creamy, a perfect wine to accompany great pastries or fine cheeses
