'Sipuò 9.5' Belisario 2024

Belisario’s ‘Sipuò 9.5’ is a light, easy-drinking white wine. The name refers to its alcohol content, which the winery has kept low without resorting to any dealcoholisation processes. Achieving this required greater care in the vineyard and in the cellar, including temperature control during fermentation and early harvesting of the grapes. These measures required greater effort and interventions specifically designed for the production of this wine. On the nose, it opens with hints of tropical fruit, sweet floral notes and subtle vegetal undertones. On the palate, it is slender and lively, with good freshness and a slightly savoury finish. Excellent as an aperitif with Ascolana olives.
