The Sparkling Wine Brut by Villa Sparina is a Blanc de Blancs obtained mainly from Cortese grapes and aged for 36 months on the lees. It proposes aromas of yellow pulp fruit, white flowers, mineral notes, hints of bread crust and dried fruit. The sip is marked by a darting and vibrant freshness, also enhanced by a delicate and persistent perlage
