The Sparkling Pas Dosé by Kettmeir is a dynamic, fine, and elegant Classic Method wine, produced in Alto Adige from Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes, and aged for at least 40 months on the lees. Aromas of citrus, white-fleshed fruit, woodland herbs, light bakery notes, and resin accompany a nimble, fresh, dry, and refined sip, with pleasant sapidity and delicate perlage.

Straw yellow with golden reflections and fine, persistent perlage
Scent:
Notes of white-fleshed fruit, hints of citrus, dried fruit, mountain herbs, and bread crust
Taste:
Refined, creamy, dry, and of great finesse
