The Ribolla Gialla 'One&Only' Sparkling Wine is a Friuli bubble obtained with the long Charmat Method. Very light straw yellow in color with a subtle and intense perlage, it offers a bouquet of apple, pear and citrus fruits, with light floral and mineral accents. On the palate it shows elegance, agility, freshness and vivacity
