The Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine ‘Roverello’ Broglia is made from grapes grown in calcareous-marly soils facing south. The must rests briefly on the skins, just enough to acquire its pale pink color, then completes the sparkling process in autoclave according to the Martinotti Method. On the nose, it opens fresh and fruity, with a harmonious and delicate profile. The taste is dry and balanced, animated by a pleasant freshness and an almond finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it finds an ideal companion in vitello tonnato.
