The Vernaccia di Serrapetrona Dry is a peppery and easy-drinking red sparkling wine, pleasantly rustic, produced from Vernaccia Nera grapes with two alcoholic fermentation and one fermentation according to the Charmat or Martinotti Method. It has a spicy and mineral aromatic profile and a fresh, dry and expressiv taste, with hints of black pepper, cherries and wild spices
