“Tellus” Syrah Rosato by Falesco comes from vineyards characterized by a sandy subsoil at about 300 meters above sea level, where the grapes ensure excellent freshness, ideal for a rosé vinification. The grapes undergo a cold maceration at a temperature of 10 degrees for less than two hours. The must obtained from pressing is sent for fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel containers at a temperature of 14-15 degrees for two weeks. The the wine then remains to stabilize for several months in steel, until the winery team proceeds with the bottling and marketing operations.
The Syrah Rosato “Tellus” by Falesco presents itself visually with a light rosé color, enriched by shades that tend more towards copper.
