Cantina di Trento's Teroldego 'Heredia' is a sincere interpretation of Teroldego, Trentino's 'prince' grape variety. Tradition calls for ageing in wood, but part of the mass matures in steel to accentuate drinkability and freshness. On the nose it expresses violets, ripe cherries and balsamic notes while on the palate it is dry, fresh and lightly tannic. It pairs naturally with red meats such as venison stew or Vezzena cheese
