The wine "Terre della Baronia" Bianco announces itself with a business card made of varied aromas, from which a beautiful reference to the Mediterranean scrub that dominates the landscape of the Sicilian island emerges. A label that is born under the banner of the production philosophy of the Milazzo winery, according to which patience and technique are indispensable values to create wines worthy of being remembered, that speak of the territory. Just like this bottle, in which the Catarratto stands out as the protagonist of an identity sip, flowing smoothly on the palate.

The "Terre della Baronia" Bianco is born from the pure use of an indigenous white grape variety that is widely cultivated in Sicily, the Catarratto. The grapes of this variety are cultivated by Milazzo using the guyot method in vineyards included within the Garcitella, in nine different areas, strongly suited. The terroir is characterized by a marly subsoil, where abundant clay and limestone components can be found. The grapes, once harvested in mid-September and taken to the facilities designatedto the winemaking of the winery, ferment alcoholically in steel, and then continue maturation, still in steel, for a few months, until the moment when bottling operations begin.

This "Terre della Baronia" Bianco wine presents itself visually with a typically straw-yellow color, crossed by light reflections tending towards greenish. The aromas that envelop the nose are subtle, and present floral and fruity notes, enriched by light nuances that recall Mediterranean aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is light-bodied, smooth, with a drink characterized by a pleasant freshness.
