The "Terreni Bianchi" is a white wine light and pleasantly rustic, made with spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks. It is made by the Alla Costiera winery, an artisanal and historical reality of the Euganean Hills that owns 15 hectares located in different soils with different soils. It exudes mineral and floral scents and has a fresh, flowing, thirst-quenching taste with good sapidity

The “Terreni Bianchi” is a white wine from Veneto produced by Alla Costiera, a reality of the Colli Euganei with an artisanal spirit. The name of the wine refers to the nature of the soils, predominantly limestone, which gives the whites a particular finesse. The choice of vinification carried out exclusively in cement allows for the preservation of the fragrance of the varietal aromas, which express delicate floral notes, fruity aromas, and a pleasant freshness.

The wine “Terreni Bianchi” Alla Costiera is a white made with passion and care by a vigneron who produces wines with a typically artisanal face. Filippo Gamba manages an estate of about seven hectares, trying to enhance the terroir with authentic and genuine wines. In the countryside, the principles of organic farming and biodynamic practices are applied, in full respect of the environment, in order to have healthy and aromatically expressive grapes. Thus, a blend white is born that represents a direct expression of the character of the territory, a synthesis of tradition and history.of Venetian viticulture and its most representative grapes. The work in the winery, reduced to the essentials, allows the wine to offer a spontaneous immediacy particularly appreciated by enthusiasts in search of authentic aromas and flavors.

The white "Terreni Bianchi" from the Venetian winery Alla Costiera, is born from spontaneous fermentation in vitrified concrete tanks, using only indigenous yeasts. Before bottling, the wine matures in concrete tanks undergoing malolactic fermentation, which softens its expressive profile. In the glass, it presents a straw yellow color with a slight haze, characteristic of unfiltered wines. On the nose, it opens with scents of wildflowers, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, and fragrant hints of citrus. The sip is harmonious, pleasantly soft and delicate, with a balanced finish that closes on slightly savory notes.
