The Torrette Superieur 'Anarche' from Cantina di Cunéaz Nadir is a red wine made exclusively from Petit Rouge grapes. This grape variety, native to the Aosta Valley, is grown almost exclusively in this region on the traditional terraced vineyards trained using the Aosta Valley pergola system. On the nose, it opens with hints of fresh red berries, with notes of cherry and mountain herbs, accompanied by light spicy notes on the finish. On the palate, it is smooth, with delicate tannins and good freshness. Perfect paired with the typical Aosta Valley Carbonade, a beef stew cooked in wine.
