The Valpolicella Classico from Il Sasso is a typical red wine from the Veneto region made from the classic blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes. It stands out from the color for its lightness: this Valpolicella is in fact produced using only the free-run must, it is intentionally low in extraction and very juicy, low in tannins but rich in flowers and fruit on the nose and palate.
