The Valpolicella Classico Superiore "Sant'Urbano" is a wine of great class produced from grapes grown in old pergolas, withered for about 3 weeks in the fruit shed. Vinified in steel and aged for 18 months in tonneau, it presents a deep ruby color and exudes evolved and broad notes of red fruit and aromatic herbs on the nose, followed by spicy aromas that lead to a rich, enveloping sip with beautiful tasting elegance.
