The Vernaccia di Oristano by Contini is a Sardinian white wine born from at least 4 years of aging in small oak and chestnut barrels, left empty to promote the formation of the oxidative veil of flor yeasts on the surface. In the glass, it presents a golden yellow with amber reflections and reveals an intense, broad, and complex aromatic profile, with notes of dried fruit, honey, and almond flowers. On the palate, it is full-bodied, direct, and savory, and the alcohol content enhances its aromaticity.
