"Vin da Beive" means in Piedmontese dialect: wine to drink and there could not be a more suitable name to describe this genuine red. Valfaccenda offers a 'dancing' version, carefree, light and unruly, providing a snack red, with a (dangerously) refreshing and energetic sip. Only steel and short fermentation with the stems, a lot of freshness, crunchy fruit and finesse, few muscles and frills.
